Consent Policy
I agree to make a security deposit for the above office. Subject to approval of
this application by the Landlord within three working days, otherwise said
deposit to be refunded in full. In the event that I do not proceed or dishonest
with the above arrangements, the Landlord may retain the entire security deposit
as liquidated damages incurred in time and expense processing this application.
Upon occupancy the security deposit will become the damage deposit. I hereby
declare that the foregoing information is true and complete. I understand that
any false information may result in the refusal of my application. I hereby
authorize the Landlord or his agent to make a personal investigation in
connection with this application.
